A full finishing clean carried out in stage order, ending with a walk-through against the handover checklist.

Prices above reflect the scope and duration stated for each offer, based on the square metreage given. If your space is larger or the residue is more extensive than usual, we'll confirm any adjustment before the visit is booked.

Can I book more than one service for the same site?
Yes — some projects combine a handover clean with a later dust extraction visit if new dust settles after other trades finish.
What if my space is larger than the listed scope?
Let us know the actual size when you reach out and we'll confirm scope and pricing before scheduling.
Is a site visit needed before a quote?
Usually not — a description of the space and photos are enough for an initial scope.
