The problem
A renovation that's structurally finished can still feel unfinished to a new occupier if plaster dust is still settling on ledges a week later, or if adhesive residue is still visible on a window frame. It's a common gap between "the contractor is done" and "the space is ready" — one that's easy to underestimate until someone is standing in it.
The solution
We work the space in a fixed order — coarse removal, then filtered dust extraction, then residue handling matched to each surface, then a walk-through. Protective film is removed and window rails are cleared as part of the same visit, so the space is genuinely ready rather than just superficially tidy.
The experience
A team of three arrives with filtered vacuum equipment and works through the space methodically. You're welcome to be present for all of it, or just for the closing walk-through.
