The problem
A property can look perfectly presentable in person and still show streaks or dust in a photograph, where lighting and close framing reveal detail the eye passes over. Timing also matters — a clean done a day early can pick up new marks before the shoot even starts.
The solution
We schedule the visit to finish shortly before the photographer arrives, focusing specifically on what the camera records: glass, floors, fixture surfaces, and the small alignment details — blinds, handles — that read clearly in a wide shot.
The experience
A three to four hour visit ending close to your scheduled shoot time. If the photographer is on site, we're glad to do a final walk with them.

Preparation is judged by what shows in the frame, so we work through the space the way a lens would — surface by surface, not room by room.
