What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of emerald-mariner.com, run by Emerald Mariner Housekeeping Kabushiki Kaisha, 1-11-10 Meguro-honcho, Meguro-ku, Tokyo. They cover browsing the site and sending an enquiry. The cleaning work is covered by our Terms and Conditions and by the quote for each job.

The information on the site

Service pages describe what a typical handover clean, dust extraction visit or pre-photography visit includes. Prices shown include consumption tax and assume the floor areas stated. A site with more floor area, heavy plaster dust, adhesive residue or no working water supply will be quoted separately. An enquiry through the site is not an order; a job is booked only when we send a written quote and you accept it.

Sending an enquiry

• Accurate details: Give the real floor area, stage of work and handover date so the quote holds on the day.
• Authority: Only request work for a site you own, manage or are contracted on.
• Security details: Do not send lockbox or alarm codes through the form. We ask for these separately once a job is confirmed.
• Fair use: No spam, malicious files or attempts to break into the site or its hosting.

Availability

We try to keep the site up, but pages may be offline for maintenance or changed without notice. We are not liable for loss caused by the site being unavailable or by information that has gone out of date.

Content

Text and photographs on the site belong to Emerald Mariner Housekeeping Kabushiki Kaisha or are used with permission. Do not reuse them commercially without asking. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

Law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes that cannot be settled by discussion go to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
